Benny von Bovenau is the sweetest  3-4 year old Belgian Malinois.  If you are on the hunt for a very engaging, sweet, and smart boy, Benny just might be your one. We wonder about his prior life, as he's been impressing us with his repertoire of commands, so he appears to have had some training -- he knows "sit" and "down," gives you his paw to shake, and will sit attentively looking at you, as if to say, "what do you want me to do next?".  He also seems to be housebroken, walks nicely on leash, and takes treats gently. He is somewhat smaller  (about 55 lbs) and is of the age where he has left much of his puppy behavior behind.  He greets the world calmly and alertly, and he delights in meeting new people. Having a medium energy level, he knows how to relax, especially if it means time with his favorite people.  He meets other friendly dogs politely on walks. Off leash, he enters the yard relaxed, avoiding pushy dogs but greeting others warmly.
